Challenge
The organization needed a Financial Services Cloud implementation for client lifecycle management across Global Markets. The Salesforce org spanned thousands of users and multiple applications, with external systems supplying account and KYC verification data. Compliance, access, and architecture quality had to be designed in from the start.
What AgilitySharp Built
AgilitySharp served as the client-side architecture authority, working alongside a Big 4 SI while staying hands-on in the build. The FSC data model was designed around Salesforce householding, integrations were architected for external account and KYC systems, and SI decisions were reviewed, challenged, and redirected where needed.
Impact
Commercial investment onboarding time was reduced by nearly half. The work helped ensure compliance and data access requirements were built into the architecture instead of being retrofitted after the fact.
Why It Matters
Enterprise decision systems do not succeed without solid architecture underneath them. This work demonstrates the governance, data modeling, integration, and decision-design discipline required to make intelligence useful and trustworthy inside Salesforce.
